Natus Newborn Care is pleased to announce our 2015 Outreach Program. Our goal is to support underserved infants around the world through equipment donations and educational outreach campaigns focused on hearing screening and jaundice management.
This year, Natus is focusing on two deserving organizations. We ask our customers to help us direct our resources by casting your vote towards one of these groups/facilities, or the non-profit organization of your choosing every time you reply to a Natus sponsored mailer or e-mail as noted.
Buying a new phototherapy light or hearing screener? You can return your old Natus device for refurbishment and if in good working order, Natus will donate it to the organization of your choosing*.
Please remember to visit us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/NatusNewbornCare to find other ways you can help either or both of these deserving organizations.
|Riley Mother Baby Hospital of Kenya is the only facility of its kind in Africa. It is the vision of James (Jim) A Lemons, MD, who led the way over a 15 year period to see the hospital open in March 2009. The facility has operating rooms for Cesarean deliveries, and has one of the first functioning NICUs (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) in all of East Africa, which can accommodate ~100 babies each day. |Little Big Souls is a non-profit organization working throughout Africa, and provides a voice for the premature baby. In a world where our collective consciousness can turn the tides of human situations, in a world where ones voice, audible enough, can set into motion a collective emotional, spiritual and physical change in circumstances and people we believe we can offer our precious Little Big Souls, born in less privileged parts of Africa, a fighting chance.
