Zu schlafbezogenen Bewegungsst\u00f6rungen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Syndrom der unruhigen Beine (Restless-Legs-Syndrom)<\/li>\n<li>Periodische Bewegung der Gliedma\u00dfen<\/li>\n<li>Schlafbezogene Beinkr\u00e4mpfe<\/li>\n<li>Schlafbezogene rhythmische Bewegungsst\u00f6rung<\/li>\n<li>Bruxismus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Narkolepsie<\/strong>\u00a0kommt in exzessiver Tagesm\u00fcdigkeit zum Ausdruck und kann unkontrollierbare Schlafattacken verursachen, die inmitten von beliebigen Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Essen, Gehen oder Fahren auftreten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Idiopathische Hypersomnie<\/strong>\u00a0f\u00fchrt dazu, dass Patienten selbst nach einem guten oder verl\u00e4ngerten Nachtschlaf tags\u00fcber \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig m\u00fcde sind. Wie bei Narkolepsie kann das Schlafbed\u00fcrfnis die Betroffenen zu jeder Tageszeit treffen, was f\u00fcr Patienten am Steuer gef\u00e4hrlich sein kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parasomnien<\/strong>\u00a0sind verst\u00f6rende Ereignisse oder Erfahrungen, die kurz vor dem Einschlafen, w\u00e4hrend des Schlafs oder beim Aufwachen von Patienten auftreten k\u00f6nnen. Zu diesen Ereignissen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schlaftrunkenheit (Confusional Arousals)<\/li>\n<li>Schlafwandeln<\/li>\n<li>Pavor nocturnus<\/li>\n<li>Schlafbezogene Essst\u00f6rung<\/li>\n<li>Schlafl\u00e4hmung<\/li>\n<li>Albtr\u00e4ume<\/li>\n<li>Exploding-Head-Syndrom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REM-Schlaf-Verhaltensst\u00f6rung<\/strong>\u00a0ist eine Art von Parasomnie, bei der Patienten lebhafte Tr\u00e4ume w\u00e4hrend des Schlafs durch Schreien, Fluchen, Schlagen und Treten oder sogar Springen ausleben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>St\u00f6rungen des Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmus<\/strong>\u00a0sind St\u00f6rungen der inneren Uhr eines Patienten, die eine Vielzahl biologischer Prozesse reguliert. Dadurch haben Patienten Schwierigkeiten, normale Schlafmuster zu etablieren. Zu St\u00f6rungen des Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmus geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verz\u00f6gertes Schlafphasensyndrom<\/li>\n<li>Vorverlagertes Schlafphasensyndrom<\/li>\n<li>Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmus<\/li>\n<li>Nicht-24-Stunden-Schlaf-Wach-Rhythmus (freilaufender Rhythmus)<\/li>\n<li>Schichtarbeit<\/li>\n<li>Jet-Lag-Syndrom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schlaflosigkeit<\/strong>\u00a0ist durch Schwierigkeiten beim Ein- und Durchschlafen sowie Tagessymptomatik gekennzeichnet. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einer langsameren und flacheren Atmung. Es gibt unterschiedliche Arten von ZSA, einschlie\u00dflich durch Cheyne-Stokes-Atmung, periodische Atmung in gro\u00dfer H\u00f6he sowie k\u00f6rperliche oder neurologische Erkrankungen ohne Cheyne-Stokes-Atmung verursachter ZSA.<\/p>\n<p>Eine obstruktive Schlafapnoe (OSA) ist die h\u00e4ufigste Art von schlafbezogenen Atmungsst\u00f6rungen. K\u00fcrzlich durchgef\u00fchrte Studien haben gezeigt, dass 1 von 5\u00a0Erwachsenen auf der Welt an OSA leidet und die Verbreitung von OSA im Laufe der Zeit aufgrund von demografischen und anderen Faktoren wahrscheinlich weiter zunehmen wird.<\/p>\n<p>OSA ist durch wiederkehrende Episoden von vollst\u00e4ndiger oder partieller Obstruktion der oberen Atemwege w\u00e4hrend des Schlafs gekennzeichnet.
