"I began my career at XLTEK in 2002 in Technical Service, supporting NeuroWorks/SleepWorks products. In 2007, I transitioned to R&D as a System Tester for NeuroWorks/SleepWorks, just before Natus acquired XLTEK. In 2012, I had the opportunity to build an engineering escalation triage process for Technical Product Inquiries from Service to R&D for product quality complaints. Over the next few years, I built a small team of two superstars to lead and support this process. Around 2016, I expanded into cybersecurity as it became a focus for Compliance, our Customers, and our Patients. Now, in 2024, Natus has given me a new opportunity to be a strategic leader in a position that leverages all my previous Natus experiences. I am excited to continue contributing to Natus’ success and to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead."
