There is a global technology outage at a CrowdStrike that has impacted IT systems around the world. For those of you who have been affected, we encourage you to monitor the status of the outage as well as remediation steps at the following website, or by contacting your CrowdStrike representative.

IMPORTANT: This is ONLY impacting Natus customers that are utilizing CrowdStrike. Note that there is no issue with Natus products directly.
